- Turn Crock Pot on High.
- Put chicken in Crock Pot.
- Add sea-salt, cayenne pepper, Orange Ginger Jam and Passion Fruit Jam.
- Add chopped onion, garlic and parsley on top of chicken.
- Cover and heat to simmer on high for one hour.
- Lower temperature to low and cook for 5 to 6 hours, until chicken is almost falling off the bone.
