Orange Ginger Chicken Wings



  1. Turn Crock Pot on High.
  2. Put chicken in Crock Pot.
  3. Add sea-salt, cayenne pepper, Orange Ginger Jam and Passion Fruit Jam.
  4. Add chopped onion, garlic and parsley on top of chicken.
  5. Cover and heat to simmer on high for one hour.
  6. Lower temperature to low and cook for 5 to 6 hours, until chicken is almost falling off the bone.
